This page explains, in plain words, what ESN Systems collects when you use our websites, hosting panel, ESN SMP store and ESN Guardian, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: the email address, username and password (stored hashed) you use on the ESN panel, or the basic profile Discord or Google shares if you sign in with them.
- Orders: what you bought, when, and its status. For SMP store orders, the Minecraft username you enter so items can be delivered in game.
- Your servers: the files, settings and logs of the servers you run with us, kept so your server works.
- Discord data for Guardian: the server settings, cases and logs Guardian needs to protect a server it has been added to.
- Basic usage data: standard web server logs and simple visit counts that help us keep the sites running.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card on Stripe's checkout, and ESN never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy covers the data it processes.
How we use it
To run your servers and orders, deliver what you buy, give support, keep our services secure, and send messages about your account or orders. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run ESN, such as our payment processor and the companies that host our servers, and only for that purpose. We may share information if the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep account and order records while your account is active and as long as needed for billing and legal reasons. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, open a ticket in our Discord.
Children
Our services aren't meant for children under 13. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If this page changes, we'll update the date above.
