By using ESN Systems' websites, hosting, the ESN SMP or ESN Guardian, you agree to these terms and to our community rules.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login safe. Tell us in Discord if you think someone else has access.

Hosting plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Stripe's billing portal. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
• Sale prices, such as a discount on the first payment, apply only as stated in the offer. Renewals are at the plan's normal price.
• Each plan comes with the resources listed on the plans page. Backups are not included unless you buy the backups add-on, so keep your own copies of important files.

Acceptable use

Don't use ESN services for anything illegal, for abuse or attacks on other networks, for malware or phishing, for crypto mining, or for anything that harms other customers or our servers. We may suspend or remove servers that break these rules.

ESN SMP store

Store items are digital, delivered in game to the Minecraft username you enter at checkout. Ranks and items must follow the server rules, and breaking the rules can mean losing access to them.

Gift cards

ESN gift cards work on the SMP store, services, Guardian Premium and the server directory. They can't be used on hosting plans.

ESN Guardian

Guardian helps protect Discord servers, but no tool can stop every attack. Server owners stay responsible for their own server and its settings.

Availability

We work to keep everything online and post service health at status.esnoffical.com, but we can't promise the services will never be interrupted.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above.
